Our breathwork services include virtual or in-person sessions designed to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being through breathwork techniques. These sessions may include guided breathing exercises, meditation, and other related practices.
2. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Booking and Payment:
To book a breath work session, you must follow the instructions provided on our website or other authorized channels. Payment for our services is required at the time of booking, and you agree to pay all fees associated with your booking. We accept payment through various platforms and credit card providers.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
We have a NO cancellation policy for breathwork sessions. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We have a NO Refund Policy for services.
5. Code of Conduct:
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during breath work sessions. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of your session without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
Our breathwork services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participating in our sessions. You acknowledge that breathwork may have physical, mental, and emotional effects and assume all risks associated with participating in our services.
7. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
