Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing The Breath Complex. We are committed to providing exceptional virtual sessions and workshops tailored to support your wellness journey. Please review our return policy, as it outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

2. Virtual Sessions

All payments for virtual sessions are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, it is considered final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Private Sessions

If you need to reschedule a private session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within this time frame will be accommodated based on availability. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Workshops

A deposit is required to secure a date for  workshops. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule the date for your workshop, you must do so at least 3 weeks in advance of the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made outside of this timeframe may not be accommodated, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Should you experience any issues with your booking, please reach out to us at hello@thebreathcomplex, and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.
